Farah Dagogo to Christians at Easter: Never lose hope

The House Committee Chairman on Education in the Rivers State House of Assembly, Hon. Doctor Farah Dagogo, has enjoined Christians to be worthy of the risen Jesus Christ by allowing ' Jesus rise  into our hearts '.

Farah Dagogo, who also doubles as the Lawmaker representing Degema Constituency in the State Assembly, made this known in his Easter message.

While praying for God's divine intervention in the administration of the country, he equally admonished Christians to always have faith no matter the circumstances they find themselves.

"On this auspicious occasion of Easter, I join Christians world wide to celebrate this momentous and joyous period.

"It is also necessary that we use this occasion to  prepare ourselves to be worthy of the risen Christ.

"Let us together pray to God to let Jesus rise into our hearts and bring us new life.

"Easter is also a reminder that hope must never be lost for as dark as the road may seem, there always lies light at the end of it. It is my infinite prayers that we all have a fulfilled Easter because it symbolizes the renewal of life.

"We should also use the period to pray for our country to meet our yearnings and aspirations, as well as pray for God's divine grace on our leaders at various levels of government as they pilot the affairs of our nation.

" I wish you and your family the renewal of life, love, and happiness. May Jesus Christ bless you and your family with abundant happiness and inner peace, " a part of the statement reads.
