MISS EMOHUA: MISS RIVERS STATE GOLDEN JUBILEE PAGEANT
MISS RIVERS STATE GOLDEN JUBILEE PAGEANT
RE: MISS EMOHUA (MISS QUEEN JOHN)
I have deliberately refused to say anything publicly concerning what
happened to Miss Emohua in respect to her question. Because as a human being, I
know very well what she will be going through immediately she steps down that
stage.
And also coming on Social Media platforms (Facebook, Whatsapp, Blogs,
Youtube, etc) seeing how you are being outlaughed, including text messages and
people saying it to your face, is enough to do something unimaginable. As so
many have committed suicide for issues less than this.
We have heard of a girl that committed suicide because her friends
were laughing at her for failing WAEC.
When I read yesterday of her resolve through some persons on facebook,
firstly from Ojims Michael. I was indeed happy and thanked God for giving her the
strength that has made her put herself together and wave the whole thing off.
But was so shocked to my marrow that a supposed human being came out
that same yesterday to continue to mock and abuse the girl that is already
traumatized that people were trying to support. That person is indeed wicked
and a devil without pity that has lost his/her brains.
Don’t know people can be this heartless.
To think of it that some of these persons that is abusing this girl have
had so many carryovers and spillover in the University apart from failing WAEC,
as compared to a girl that answered her question very well from her
understanding of the question as being prepared before going into marriage.
Even with the crowd laughing at her, she was still bold, confident and
expressed herself.
In some cases getting the correct answer is not what matters, but what
matters is the boldness and confidence. Which Miss Emohua showed on that stage,
that so many wouldn’t have.
This is a girl that 30 minutes to the commencing of the show was not
sure of still being part of the pageant for lack of funds for her costumes,
which is enough to disorganize her.
Miss Queen, when I was about 15 years, my elder sister asked me to go
and get her a ‘Nail Hardner’ but I brought her ‘Nail File’, that was the day I
knew what nail hardner was. I believe the Miss Rivers State Golden Jubilee has
provided you an opportunity to know what ‘Arrange Marriage’ is, if you don’t
know it before then.
For there is always a first time and most times we learn from our
failures.
And let me inform you incase no one has told you before; you are a
very beautiful girl created perfectly by God with brain. Your name is Queen and
you are beautiful, so you are also a Beauty Queen.
I want to thank you for taking the right decision of putting all
behind you and move forward as I advise you to also see it now has a challenge
to put in your best efforts in becoming better than those that knowing abuse
you for nothing but out of wickedness.
Ojims Michael, I thank you for all your support and all those that
have done same through any means.
God Bless Us all
Chinda Marvin
